I made an error when completing my order (my fault, misunderstood how the website worked) and their customer service team responded so quickly to sort it out! They also shipped very fast. Thoroughly impressed with how quickly and efficiently they handled my complaint and delivered. The quality of all the items I ordered were fantastic. I have now gone back and bought more of these pillowcases - the quality of the silk is lovely. The colour (oyster) is exactly what I wanted to go with the rest of my bedding. They also wash really well. Highly recommended!
