At The Silk Collection, we strive to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. Return Eligibility

30 day timeframe

Items can be returned within 30 days of the date you physically receive the product. Please note that we are headquartered in the UK and all returns must be returned to our UK returns address. The Silk Collection does not cover the cost of returns. To initiate a return, please send an email to info@thesilkcollection.co.uk.

Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Merchandise must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by its original packaging and contents.

Return shipping

We recommend obtaining a receipt or proof of purchase when returning any item. Please ensure the parcel is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit. Please note that we do not cover taxes, duties or shipping costs for returns. 

Refund Process

Processing Time

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Refunds are typically processed within 48 hours of receiving the return.

Receiving your refund

If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. This time is typically 3-5 business days but it can take up to 10 business days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of our face masks or any used items, unless there is a fault with the product. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
