Shipping policy

UK Shipping Times

All UK orders are shipped with tracked service.

Standard Delivery shipments

  • Orders over £50 - FREE Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service 
  • Orders under £50 - Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked Service (2-5 business days) - £3.99

Next Day shipments [Optional add on at checkout]:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour Service (1-2 business days) - £6.50
  • DPD Express Next Working Day Shipment (Next business day) - £7.99

All orders placed before 1pm GMT Monday - Friday are dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following working day.

We do not ship orders on Saturdays and Sundays, so all orders placed on Friday after 1pm GMT will be shipped the following Monday morning.

Please note that The Silk Collection is not responsible for any shipping delays after goods are with the courier. For any requests or concerns about shipping times, please contact us before placing your order at info@thesilkcollection.co.uk. 

What do I do if my order hasn't arrived within 5 business days?

We process orders within 1-2 business days and once your order is shipped you will receive a separate email confirming the shipment and tracking details you need to track the delivery of your order.

Please check the link in your shipping email confirmation to track your order in real-time. Tracking links update the day after your parcel is shipped.

International shipping

International orders are shipped with Royal Mail International (for standard shipping) or DHL Express Shipping (for express shipping option). The Silk Collection is not responsible for any custom holds or delays. The buyer is responsible for any duty/custom fees.

Please note that we are headquartered in the UK and all items are shipped from the UK. Please note that returns must also be returned to our UK returns address. The Silk Collection does not cover return shipping costs.

Please note that we do not currently ship to anywhere in the EU.

US

Standard shipping (7-10 working days via Royal Mail Tracked) - £15

Express shipping (2-3 working days via DHL Worldwide Express) – £20

Rest of world (non-EU)

Standard shipping (7-10 working days via Royal Mail Tracked) - £20

Express shipping (2-3 working days via DHL Worldwide Express) – £30
