Christmas Delivery & Extended Returns

This Christmas, we want every gift from The Silk Collection to arrive beautifully on time and with complete peace of mind. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about ordering and gifting this festive season.

🎄 Final Dates for Christmas Delivery

To ensure your gifts arrive in time for Christmas Day, please place your order by:

  • Midday, Thursday 17th December - for Standard Delivery

  • Midday, Monday 21st December - for Next Day Delivery

All UK orders are sent via tracked delivery for your reassurance.

Sending a gift

Pillowcases, eye masks, bonnets, robes and gift sets arrive in our signature gift box. Single scrunchies, hair ties and ribbons are hand-tied and wrapped in tissue, and you can add a gift box for £5. We never put prices, invoices or receipts in the parcel, so you can send it straight to the person it is for. Add your message in the gift message field in your cart and we will write it out by hand, free of charge.

✨ Extended Christmas Returns

We understand gifting can take time, so we’ve extended our returns window for the festive season. All orders placed from 7th November can be returned until 30th January 2027.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging and in perfect condition. Simply email us at info@thesilkcollection.co.uk to start your return.

Please note: we do not cover return shipping costs, and for safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on used items, face masks or gift cards.

🚚 UK Shipping Options

  • FREE Standard Delivery - on all orders over £60 (Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2–5 business days)

  • Standard Delivery (under £60) - £3.99

  • Next Day Delivery - from £6.50 (Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Express)

All orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this will be shipped the next working day.

Please note that we do not ship orders on weekends, and The Silk Collection is not responsible for courier delays once parcels are in transit.
