Pro: As a Black woman with straightened, mid-back-length hair, I was pleased to find that this U.K.-developed silk bonnet is larger than the ones I’ve purchased from the U.S. and sits at the edges of the front and back of my hair; as such, it doesn’t come off after sleeping. When I wake up, my hair still feels moisturized. This company is the real deal.
Con: The bonnet can be larger. The promotional video shows a woman with hair longer than mine who puts her hair into a ponytail on top of her head, covers her hair with the bonnet, and still has a bit of the hair poking out from the back. Not sure if the owners of this company are Black, so I’ll provide this tip: the benefit of a bonnet is being able to fully cover the hair.

Since I’ve started using the silk scrunchies I would never ever go back to the elastic bands I used to wear as they are so gentle on my hair.
Just an update on my lad review. I did receive the scrunchie on time but it was hidden with another package. However the company provided excellent customer service and was prepared to re send another one. Great scrunchie. This is a re purchase for me. I ordered one for my daughter as well and I will be ordering more colours. Great service. Thankyou

I bought the silk hair wrap to protect my very long, thick hair as I begin chemotherapy for breast cancer. There is ample room to tuck all my hair it, and it stays in place all night, despite my moving around a lot due to insomnia.
So far there has been no hair loss but it is early days. I feel wearing the wrap is hydrating and straightening my hair which can tend towards frizz.
It also gives me some reassurance that if my hair does come out, it will be contained in the wrap and might be salvageable to donate to a wig charity.
